Delivery times Within New Damietta and neighbouring areas: 1 to 2 working days. The rest of Egypt: 2 to 5 working days depending on the area. Fresh and frozen food ships in refrigerated transport on its own delivery schedule, which may differ from other products. You are told the expected delivery time when the order is confirmed. Shipping cost Shipping is priced by governorate, by the weight and size of the order, and by its type — ambient or refrigerated. The cost is shown clearly before you confirm the order. Free shipping may be available above a minimum order value, announced from time to time on the platform. Payment Cash on delivery, available in most areas; some high-value products may be excluded. Online payment by credit and debit card and by digital wallet, through secure payment gateways. Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and include any taxes due. The price that counts is the one calculated at checkout. Wholesale prices are available only to approved trade accounts, and minimum quantities may apply. Delivery and inspection Please inspect the shipment in front of the delivery driver — particularly electrical goods and fresh or frozen food — and report any visible defect, shortage or damage immediately, before signing for it. You are notified with a tracking number as soon as the order leaves the warehouse. If a shipment is delayed beyond the stated period for reasons outside our control — force majeure, weather, or a failure at the courier — you will be notified of the delay. Gomla Home does not pay compensation for such a delay, but will make every effort to speed up delivery. General provisions Products and prices are offered subject to actual availability. If stock runs out, or there is an obvious typographical error in the price or description after an order is confirmed, Gomla Home may cancel the order or contact you to correct it, refunding any amount paid in full. Product images are indicative and may differ slightly from the actual item, particularly in colour or packaging, without affecting the product's essential specification. Gomla Home observes the quality and food-safety standards in force in Egypt for food products, and accepts no liability for damage caused by the customer storing a product badly after delivery. Use of this platform and the interpretation of these policies are governed by Egyptian law, and Kafr Saad Court has jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it, unless the parties agree otherwise. Gomla Home may amend these policies at any time. The updated version applies as soon as it is published on the platform, without prejudice to rights already acquired on orders placed before the amendment.
